Susan Kozak, Division Director for Soil Conservation and Water Quality with the Iowa Department of Agriculture and Land Stewardship, has been interested in natural resources since her youth, vividly recalling exploring creeks and other natural areas in urban environments. Susan deeply appreciates the interconnectedness of Iowa’s urban and rural residents, and is passionate that we all have a role to play in providing protection for natural resources.
